Corrupted firmware

Has anyone experienced corrupted firmware or corrupted app before so difficult to tell same problem on two different boards so must be that

Are there more details? FW version, VESC-Tool Version, when did it happen?

New tool + 5.3 firmware have not gone for a ride yet since redoing hopefully my problem will be fixed on a10 mile ride it will happen maybe 6-10 times so very intermittent
