Problems with UART communication via Arduino UNO

Hello Community,

I'm running a Vesc HW:4.10 and FW: 5.3. I want to use an arduino to communicate with the Vesc. Currently i'm using Solid Geeks libraries but i can't realize a connection.
Can anybody help me out on this topic?
