How to set up 60 degree hall sensors?

The motor I am using is a 6384 120KV brushless motor and has 60 degree hall sensors. The reading from them are not ok and the motor doesn't have torque. Can someone tell me how to set up the hall sensors?

I tried to detected in FOC mode but it's not working ok.
