I am wanting to make a small one person vehicle that uses separate motors on the front wheels to steer it like a tank/skid steer. I wont actually have tracks on it though. I am wanting to do this with two eskate motors and a motor controller for each. This would all be pretty straight forward except I want to control both motors with a single POT based joystick. I don't mind doing my homework to learn on my own, but I am just not sure where to look. Where can I find some info on how to hook up a VESC bases emc with a hardwired signal, rather than a remote?
Since you are planning on building something skid steer and using pot, can you try hooking up the adc 1 and 2 to the same pot output and then setup the output to test it
