Detection failed. Reason: Sensor detection failed

hi, i have this error message when i do setup motor foc to detect foc parameters , "Detection failed. Reason: Sensor detection failed", 

i have a ebike dd hub motor, has anyone already have this error message, thanks

any update for this issue ?

In BLDC mode I got Hall sensor detect failed,but in FOC mode it's OK.

You could try with using motor setting wizard. otherwise, it could be necessary to adjust parameters individually. More ampers, etc..

hi, when i do setup motor foc to detect foc parameters , "RESISTANCE AND INDUCTANCE" value are zero.i think its wrong detection.but it does not throw any fault message.

i have using ebike dd hub motor, has anyone already have this type error message

Check your voltage. I had the same problem because my two batteries were connected in series instead of parallel.

i also have the same "sensor detection failed" and blinking red light when trying to run the foc test, but when i go to see the faults it says no faults.  im out of ideas.  what can i do?

If you are using a temperature sensor, try without it. After that you can configure the correct tempsensor type.
