Flipsky VESC 4.20 with 5.1 Firmware PWM input offset

Hi,

I have a few Flipsky VESC 4.20 module with 5.1 Firmware, but the PWM input is reading about 1800uS with a 1500uS pulse applied (Checked with scope). Has anyone else experienced this? I've used tis same hardware before and not had an issue so I'm assuming its the 5.1 firmware, but can't figure out how to downgarade the firmware to 5.0 or lower in order to confirm this.
