I would here ask if someone had experience with dual VESC and computer like NUC or Jetson or Raspberry.
I would use VESC for my new project and interested to have your suggestions to decide best suitable options in terms of computer.

I run Jetson and Pixhawk in some of our projects, VESC works great. However, the VESCs are controlled by pixhawk in my case, which is controlled with a Jetson or Raspberry Pi.
If you're looking to go direct, VESC supposed UART as well, which should work.
