Hoyt Puck Prototipo DSS50+ Firmware questions

Hello All-

I just go around to updated my Lacroix DSS50+ to the Hoy Puck Controller. I successfully followed the directions, paid close attention to updating the firmware etc. Put back on the battery cover and went out and road the board. Right off the Bat it seems like somehow I managed to make Forward Control the Brake and Brake what should be forward. Is that even possible? LOL. 2nd The Motors seem to not want to activate from a full stop very smoothly. The Motors almost chatter without seeming to want to give enough power until the board and I start to move a little. The control itself does not feel very smooth under acceleration or braking. The original stock controller almost feels better.

With all that said is there any updates or profiles that I'm able to load? Lacroix didn't provide me with any sort of information regarding presets or really anything more than the following Man after dropping over $3000 for my board I'm pretty bummed on the lack of detailed support after the sale.,video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LJVA_ekfzhI
