Firmware V4.00 field oriented control motor jerk but wont spin

In older firmware up to 3.65 the motor runs well in sensor less control. But at firmware V4 the motor jerk but does not spin. It does spin when perform motor profiling. So as a result, I revert the firmware version back to V3.65 and continue using it. The motor is a U8 170KV which has 21 pole pairs from Tmotor. Will it be possible that the inductance of the motor is too high which cause it to work abnormal. Out of few times result i collected it shows a winding resistance of 58mohm and 47uH. I have tried increase and decrease the dead time insertion, frequencies and current controller decoupling but it is still the same. I am using a VESC 6.6 controller which it is 3 phase inline current sense type. I does change to other type of motor, Tmotor U7pro 2.0 which has higher inductance but the result is similar. So anyone else facing the same problem? especially with outrunner motors.
