Hi everyone,
I have a VESC 6 and I would like to connect to it with my laptop using bluetooth (as my usb on the vesc is a bit.. broken
). I have seen a Bluetooth tab on the vesc tool software however it does not seem to detec the vesc :/. If I try to add a bluetooth device throug windows settings, I can see my VESC esc.
Am I doing something wrong or is it just not working on windows ?
P.S: I am able to connect via bluetooth with the andorid app on my phone and it works like a charm

I had one issue though and it is that my built in bluetooth in the laptop wont work. I had to use an external dongle.

I have the version 2.05 (compiled for windows) and the new version 2.06.
With both versions i can's connect via Bluetooth.
Is there a how to how you connect my VESC 75/300 R3 with the buildin Bluetooth and the VESC-Tool?
Is there more info about Windows support of bluetooth connections?
I found the TCP workaround, but does it work with the BT modules integrated into the laptops? I know the integrated BLE works on my linux Vesc Tool, but I can't get it working on windows
Just chiming in to add my bit.. I'm not sure if there's a special version somewhere but I am unable to get my laptop to connect either :-(. I can scan up the Bluetooth device but it is unable to make the connection. Connects fine via USB.

I can pairing my VESC with PC in windows settings or with android, but VESC tool on PC didn't see it

I am in the same boat. That older compiled version works, yet the latest one not.
Same boat here. W10. Can pair the HD-60T but cannot pair on VESC-TOOL 3.0

I pairing my phone and VESC by bluetooth, and use bridge function on android app. Then I can connect PC and phone with TCP-connect in VESC-tool on PC. And PC see my VESC.

VESC TOOL for windows work via Bluetooth HC-05 connected to UART to VESC 6 FOCer.
Factory baudrate module is 9600,
in VESC TOOL You need first configure VESC by USB cable and activate control over UART and set baudrate 9600
Pair BT with windows (PIN 1234) .. Find new COMx, choose ..connect and works
