Connect VESC to Keyboard/Wireless Joystick

Hello,

Can someone explain how to connect the VESC4.12 to keyboard/wirless joystick so that I can try to operate the motor with it. It would be great if someone can help me with this

Keyboard is easy: Just use VESC-Tool and activate the keyboard control in the right menu bar. Joystick will not be straight forward.
