Would a common ebike/escooter throtle work with the 75/300 vesc
here is one that I had in mind

if someone Knows where to buy a better twist throtle I would love to hear that to.

Yeah, that throttle would work. Also any ebike throttle you find online should work (I got one on amazon that seems decent). You can wire it positive to 3V3 and negative wire to ground. And then the sensor wire to ADC1. (Use a lab supply and multimeter to double check the wiring before plugging into vesc) In the vesc tool you then need to select ADC throttle input. What’s also cool, if you want a separate brake you can wire it to ADC2 and have Regen brake control.
is there anymore info on hooking up a bike throttle to use regen? what throttles will work and and where could i find the details on wiring it to ADC2?
There isn't any special trick. Just wire it up as you would a throttle on ADC1 and make sure to select the proper control mode.
wasnt sure if you were responding to me or the original poster. still on the hunt for a hand-twist throttle that does regen. from what i read theyre rare if non-existent
could i hook a vesc up to this?:

theyre asking what connectors and any other details id want and they will customize. please advise me on what id need to hook it up to the vesc6 or any other details i should tell them.
someone at lunacycles said maybe it would use 6 wires: 3 going to the ppm and 3 going to the ADC1.
what you think?
That throttle looks cool. In the video it looks like it uses the usual 3 pin ebike throttle connection.
aha. so it seems. so can run those three wires to the ppm or the ACD1? sounds super simple, if i knew what i was doing.
