Renaming the versions to avoid confusion when downloading.

Please rename the files to download to be sure we are downloading a new version and which one.

It's very important because there will be a big number of files and it'll help you when troubleshooting.

For example a new version is available, but it seems that 3.28 firmware has some ne bugs.

So, some of us wanna wait the corrected one.

The executable files within the zip files could be renamed, but renaming the zip files would be a significant effort every time as it involves lots of manual work. I can probably modify the drupal ubercart modules to support some automation if it is important, but for now that does not have priority.

The file inside the zips has the version appended to the name now. I also made sure that the start wizard only is shown in new versions if it has changed since the previous version.
