lower power output than expected

Hello everyone.  I upgraded my razor pocket bike to brushless using the vesc speed control and this motor: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07FSVKYQB/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_...

the problem is that the power output isn't any better than the stock 350w brushed motor.  I'm not sure if I'm missing a setting, but that doesn't seem right.  the motor is rated at 80A with 120A peak.  I'm running a 24v battery.  any ideas?

here are some pics of the setup:

nevermind.  the answer was so obvious I feel dumb.  the battery can't put out the current required.  I have a 25c 7s lipo on order now.

Speed depends on voltage. 7S is very low. 10-12S is what you want. There is a calculator on this website.
