VESC 100/250MK issues with output power

Hello,

We have a VESC100/250 MK3 firmware 6.6 on 52v battery.

Running a Flipsky 6384 140kv motor in our testbench with eddy current break and torque sensor.

While running the motor with a Hargrave microDRIVELP we get max output power of 3600watt and 7.5Nm on 60% duty and 90% breaking power running both FOC and Trapozoidal

With VESC after running calibration we can only get 6.3Nm at 60% duty, this is 80% break and motor stutters and phase current spikes.

Running at 100% duty is worse and motor loses position and phase current spikes.

Tried using hall sensor but this only got us to 50% break before current spiked and motor stuttered.

Config files with hallsensors, https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1SN7hOKxnKNUApxMnHhoAFPWhNFbmF7TU...

Did you play with some settings at all on the 100/250? Like time constants, observer type, etc? You can not run the VESC on 100% Duty. Some VESCs can make 98%, standart is 95%. Running with hall sensors is typically used in lower rpms.
