Flipsky Mini FSESC 6.7 Pro Red LED flashes every two seconds

Hi guys,

I am new here, live in Austria and am looking for help in the forum because of a defective VESC from Flipsky.

I'm using the controller and an Outrunner 6474/170kv to drive a roller drive for a Mountenbike.
Unfortunately,
the circuit board got a little wet during the last ride and the VESC switched off.
After removal and 2 days drying, the controller can no longer recognize the motor and read out the values.
A red LED flashes every two seconds.

Flipsky wrote to me that there is a 3.3V or 5V problem with the power supply to the chips on the board.
Well,
I started to check them all. All voltages are correct and present on the pin headers themselves.
When checking the chips on the board itself,
I can't classify two of them to be able to measure them.
I'll post a few photos here, maybe someone has special knowledge and can help me...
