DRV8301 always fault

Hello,

i made a custom PCB following the VESC 6.4 schematic. But when i have to setup my motor (Flipsky 6354) it makes a little sound for 1/2 of a second and after returns the error:

I tried to change the pump capacitors with one 200nf but nothing. I tried both MK3 and MK4 firmare version.
