BETA is not released via the App store. A Software that constantly changes would be a nightmare to publish there. Apple doesn't really grant you the right to install software on our own, bypassing the App Store funnel. I guess the best way to play with BETA Software is buying a cheap, non locked down phone like all android based phones.
