Using Duet XS 100 with 12V BLDC (2845) motors

Hi Guys,

I am new to using VESC but eager and motivated to go far with it.

I plan using Duet XS 100 during my dev works and at the begin controlling two pieces of 2845 4500KV sensorless BLDC motors.

They need not higher than 12V.     Duet XS 100 is written to work with batteries 6-22S (min.15V input) .

My question:  remaining with the 6S(22.2 V) battery can I limit the motor driving max. voltage at 12V?

Regards,

O.Z.

You can simply limit max erpm what it just will be about for the motor. It would make more sense to use the Duet XS 60V version.
