Hello,
I am currently testing my self developed vesc hardware. Unfortunately I am not able to get it to set any current at the motor.
I was able to confirm within vesc tool that my voltage and current sensors are working and associated with the right phases (I have sensors on each phase). Currents in the direction of the motor are positive, and ones in the direction of the inverter are negative. When Turing the motor externally, I can see three sine waves in the BEMF tab.
I checked the output stages by measuring the voltage in an open circuit without a motor connected at the phase outputs. Running in FOC mode, I can see the corresponding waveforms according to SVPWM.
Within vesc the motor detection is also returning quite high (4 digits) values for resistance and inductance, which do not match the motor. Fluxlinkage is measured as 100 mWb, but also fails quite often.
Has someone had similar issues while testing vesc hardware?
Any help and guidance to resolve the issue would be appreciated.
