Flipsky VX4 screen delays when full throttle

I have a hub motor that I am connecting to a Spintend 100V single ESC. Recently have upgraded to a flipsky vx4 remote and upped my motor current to 60 amps from 45 amps and noticed that the screen display will lag in its readout on the screen when im pinning the throttle.  When I let go of the throttle wheel the screen immediately updates. To note, previously I was running PPM and UART for the remote and now I am running just UART. I moved the flipsky receiver further away from the motor controller and this problem goes away. I am under the suspicion that this has to do something with the current passing through the phase wires causing an interference in the display readout. The throttle works completely fine, no issues with the braking or accelerating. Any suggestions or something I can look into for this?
