Unidentified Part

I have a VESC from Maker-X Tech and it seems a certain part has gotten damaged.  I want to know what this component is and if it can be replaced.  Any guidance would be helpful.  Thanks.

it is a tvs 

1.5SMCJ64A

the mosfets should be checked for any short also.
