I can't get my fresc to work I think all the leds are lighting up but when I pull the trigger on the remote nothing happens

I guess i wrote everything in the title I'm super confused super frustrated and don't know what to do I've tried downloading the VSC tool to try to use that and that hasn't worked for me cuz I can't seem to get it downloaded and working and yeah I'm at my Wit's End can anybody help please

Without Vesc tool you can't adjust or examine anything, you can 'buy' it for free or give a bit of money on the website where we on now:

Go to the bottom. When you purchase vesctool, you will get a download link in your mail.

ok so when i start the vesc tool i get qt bluetooth dummy backend running qt bluetooth modual nonfunctional it has been driving me crazy trying to figure all this out

Are you on Windows ? and trying to connect with bluetooth with your VESC hardware ?, this is not working only on Linux. You should use a usb cable then to connect to your VESC hardware. Hope it helps, you will figure it out
