So I was trying to program my Flipsky Dual FSESC6.6, I was able to program the left side just fine but then when I tried to program the right side it first said that "too old firmware..." well ok I updated the right side firmware but during the update it disconnected from the Dual FSESC6.6 and when I tried to reconnect it (after the 10-15sec. it needs to install the update) ,it just said "invalid serial port: \\.\COM3" in the right down corner. I even tried this with two different computers and three different USB cables and still the same results.. This is my first time using the vesc tool and I hope that someone can help me out because I really want to get my project to work. (Vesc tool version 1.19)

I have the exact same issue. Port 1 works fine but port 2 will not connect and using my vx2 remote only esc 1 powers the motor and esc 2 is un responsive. Tried to go through the set up wizard on port 1 but when I get to motor diagnostic it tells me not all vescs have software updated. I'm using a flipsky 6.6 plus. Theres no cam bus switch right?
I just started setting up my Flipsky 6.6 and learned that the current version of Vesc Tool doesn't work. How do I find a version that works for that ESC?
I seem to be getting a similar error. Any help would be much appriciated

Why not try with later fw. 2 or higher?
I had the same problem, but then I moved the com switch back and forth and the connection was back ... flipsky 6.6 dual
