Chinese board questions. I don't know where to start

I've got this Chinese board and no idea what I'm doing. Can anyone point me in the right direction? 

 

An sdk or anything, not even sure how to communicate with it.

thats not a vesc controller. That has a gd32f103c8t6 processor. It's just a basic scooter controller with a pwm adapter for the remote connected. Cannot use it with vesc.
