Setting the motor parameters

There is a scooter with a BLDC 3-phase motor, Outranner 350 W direct drive with oil cooling, i.e. I can pump up to 10 times more power into it.
The VESC 75100 controller is connected. He does a test of the motor and sets its parameters (Photos 1-2).
I set the phase current of the motor to 100 A - the minimum comfortable for me, the motor calmly takes without heating.
But with these engine settings, acceleration goes up to 15-20 km / h, and then the rattle of the motor begins or a complete stop.
I put the resistance of the motor 2 times less (45 mOhm). Acceleration is 2 times further and there is also a breakdown and a stop.
I reduce it down to 20 and 15 mOm. Almost the same, but even at the beginning of acceleration there is a slight slowdown, and then also acceleration and stall.
I.e., below about 40, 30 mOhm, it no longer works stably.
I think this is due to the fact that other motor parameters also need to be changed.
I tried to change each parameter in + and - 2 times. But I didn't notice any changes.
Most likely, the right combination is needed.
Tell me who's looking into this. What should be the dependence of these parameters on the decrease in resistance? How do I set them up correctly?
P.S. Set all parameters by default (3-4 photos). In general, almost immediately groaning and almost did not go.
