Reverse safety function

I would love to go reverse with my MTB but I'm afraid because I've read several times about people where one or both wheels were spinning reverse when hard braking. If it's possible to set an ERPM limit where above the limit the reverse function is not working, that would be great! For me reverse function only makes sense from standstill. Also it shouldn't happen that when you brake to a standstill and keep on holding the brake that it starts going reverse (that happened to me), so maybe would be also nice to have to double or triple tap the brake until it spins reverse.
